Cancellation & Payment Policy - 

• All sessions must be prepaid at the time of booking.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments will be charged in full or deducted from package credits.

• Session packages must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase unless agreed in writing.

• No refunds are provided unless agreed in advance in writing.

 

 

Clients Under 18 -

Services are offered to clients aged 18 and over. Any exception requires written consent and active involvement of a parent or legal guardian throughout the engagement.
